Terms and Conditions
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and My cAIreer LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the mobile application MycAIreer AI ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use this Application.
1. License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: a. License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application. b. Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application. c. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright and trademark notices) on any part of the Application.
3. Modifications to Application
My cAIreer LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
4. Subscription Terms
The Application offers a free version and a paid subscription model. The paid subscription unlocks additional features such as custom tones, premium prompts, keyboard extension, and access to a more advanced version of chat technology (GPT-4). A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide My cAIreer LLC with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.

4.2 Paid Subscription
  • Career guidance.
  • Access to unlimited chat with AI chat bot.
  • In-app purchase options for subscription management.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Application and all content contained within it are protected by copyright and international copyright laws. Your use of the Application does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Application or its content.
6. Your Content
In using the Application, you may provide text or other content ('Your Content') to be modified by the Application. You retain all rights to Your Content but grant us a license to use Your Content to provide the Application's services to you.
7. Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Application, without notice and liability, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of USA without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. SMS Messaging Terms
MycAIreer offers an SMS-based conversational career guidance service through MAIYA Agent. The service is intended solely for two-way conversations initiated by users seeking career guidance, resume feedback, interview preparation, job search assistance, account support, and subscription-related information.
Users receive SMS messages only after they voluntarily initiate a conversation by sending a text message to the designated MycAIreer SMS number.
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with MAIYA Agent.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you initiate a new conversation where permitted.

Participation in the SMS service is subject to our Privacy Policy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted only as necessary to provide the requested service.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

1. General Purpose
The insights provided by MycAIreer, including but not limited to "Safe Jobs," trending skills, and course recommendations, are for informational and educational purposes only. While our models are powered by aggregated enterprise data and real-time market trends, they do not constitute legal, financial, or professional career advice.
2. No Guarantee of Outcome
MycAIreer does not guarantee employment, job security, or specific salary outcomes. The term "Safe Job" refers to roles identified by our proprietary data as having a lower statistical probability of automation or high human-value retention at the time of analysis. Market conditions are subject to change, and "safety" is not an absolute or permanent status.
3. Data Sources & Privacy
Our enterprise-level insights are derived from anonymized and aggregated data regarding market shifts, job duties, and AI use cases. We do not disclose or utilize proprietary or confidential "Enterprise DNA" belonging to specific clients in a way that identifies individuals or organizations, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards.
4. Limitation of Liability
